Any Rock in Fuge?

    Good points, I agree with all.
    But what someone said early on about the negatives of having any LR in the fugeI think is vry true and important so I'm just going to say it again :p :p. As long as you have LR in your DT and your using chaeto in your fuge with reverse lighting theres NO need for LR to be there as well-- it will just create the same issue you get with bio balls becoming nitrate factories.
    Pods will love the chaeto and will do great in a DSB (or just a shallow sand bed) in the fuge, thats all you need.

    Question, I have two pieces of LR (about the size of a softball each) in my refuge with live sand & algae. I also have some LR rubble, not to much with my drain splashing it.

    Is that ok, to have the larger pieces in there???

    Sounds like just a few pieces is fine. Just don't have a bunch of small rubble that will collect bad algae...meaning manual cleaning.
