Have been away from 3 reef for a while and let my tank sit without adding anything but I think its time for a new addition.
My tank is a 150 high reef (prob 160-180lbs of rock).

    My fish stock is...
1 Hippo Tang, 1 Sailfin Tang, 1 Coral Beauty, 1 Flame Angel, 1 Maroon Clown, 1 Lyertail Anthias (male), 2 Royal Gramma's, 4 reg firefish and 1 purple firefish, and 1 scooter blenny.
Also 2 cleaner shrimp, 2 peppermint shrimp and 1 coral banded.
Assorted snails and small hermits also.

I am eventually going to add a small Naso when I find the right one and a 2 female anthias but I am looking for something to add now. lol

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

1 more Maroon Clown lol. What about a Firefish, Candy Hogfish (Bodianus bimaculatus), Yellow Watchman Goby (Cryptocentrus cinctus), or a Green Clown Goby (Gobiodon atrangulatus)?

What basic type of fish do you want to add? Goby/Blenny? Swimming/active?

My favs that would go with your current stock:

    - Diamond Watchman Goby or Goldenhead Sleeper Goby (assuming you have sand and don't mind a little rearranging :) )

    - Mystery Wrasse

    - Possum Wrasse or related

    - Flamefin Tomini Tang

    - Blue Throat Trigger - I have a pair and love them - I've had a pair in the past as well

    - Japanese Swallowtail Angel or related (e.g. Lamark Angel)

    - Any of a number of Dottybacks. I love my Splendid Dottyback.

    - A pair of Bangai Cardinals

    All great options Rocket.

I love gobys/blennys. I def want something like my scooter. Would love a manderin just affraid i will starve him. I dont see pods in my tank and it scares me. Tank has been running for 7 years has a lot of rock and a deep sand bed and i see them once in a while so i know they're around but dont know how many. I may add everything u said lol except the tang. I am gonna limit myself to 3 or 4 tangs and the next two tangs will be naso and a
    lieutenant tang.

My Vote is for a Watchman goby and pair him up with a pistol :)

Blue spotted Jaw fish are pretty nice as well.

Do you have a fuge? If not, adding one basically ensures you'll get pods in the main display tank. Your pygmy angel is probably doing a good job at taking care of the braver pods that venture out into the light, but if your tank has been running that long I'd find it hard to believe that you don't have a thriving population.

I am afraid to put any different kinds of shrimp in because I dont want them fighting with the ones I have.

I dont have a fuge but I have been planning on adding one. I am going to do away with the sump I have and put a 30 breeder under the tank so i can have a small fuge. I guess after I do that I can seed the tank and buy a manderin. :)

if you can find an ORA mandarin they are on prepared foods....sometimes you can ak your lfs if they can get them in or some sites have them also id get some kind of bottom dweller...you seem to have plenty of column swimmers but not much going on below so i say add a goby, jawfish, some kind of conch(queens are my favorite) or some other kind of bottom fish to have a more diverse tank
