    Anyone else use Endomondo? Just found it yesterday its sweet program that tracks your runs rides what have you and you can track your friends also

    So how did this year go for you guys? I did my sprint and Oly... was looking good, got to my Half IM... did great in the swim, average on the bike, and blew up on the run. :( It was the hottest it's ever been, walked half of it... still finished only 11 minutes over my goal... but I could have finished way under...

    Been working on running since then exclusively... doing a 6x a week program. Up to 40 miles a week and have a Half Marathon in 3 weeks. My running has improved tremendously. Amazing what some volume can do for you. Doing the half IM again next year for some revenge.;)
