Any Tunze Wavebox users on here?

Ive been toying with the idea of using one, and I have a few questions to ask somebody who actually has one and not what somebody read somewhere. My questions can't be answered that way

upon initial setup of my current tank i looked into the tunze wavebox. uncertain how many internal problems may have occured, i went with the stream pumps which have to be cleaned in vinegar once a month or they bind up. most waveboxes are behind the rock structure and would prohibit a preventive maintenance schedule. something to take into consideration.
