    Well I have no idea the dimensions of the wall that needs built. But by the time you buy the lumber to frame the wall, drywall, a pre hung door, drywall mud, screws, sanding supplies, etc. You are gonna bust the 200 quick. Whats that old saying? If you have to ask the price, you cant afford it.

    its going to be 6 feet long, 8 feet high, and 4 feet wide. Just enough to have a sump and supplies covered.
