    Living in OC Puffer, do you get the same reaction with the natural sea water at the beach?

    i haven't been to the beach in like probably a year but if i remember correctly i've never gotten any reactions to the natural sea water

    yeah the same thing happens to me... the second i rinse it off with fresh water my skin feels fine though. if its that bad you could always invest in some rubber gloves that go up to the elbow

    maybe its like local alergys and eating local honey , try drinking a shot glass of your tank water once a day for a week :p

    Sounds like Dry skin caused by the salt in the water thats all, I get it all the time too.

    yea that's what i'm thinking just because my skin gets sooo dry afterwards, and i still have the rash a while after washing with soap and water

    My wallet is allergic to my tank. Every time I'm in a LFS it throws up money that the owner collects...

    could be, but i've been getting this since the very first time i've been messing with salt, even with my puffer's brackish tank, i get the same thing

    When I was younger the salt used to really bother my skin. Not any more.... The only thing that bothers my skin is those damn bristle worms.
