I will take pics and post them on my wife thread when we get them. From what I have seen from others pics I will be well stocked and fish will be very happy.

Sometimes you can't meet the expectations you set but it is always better to contact that person and let them know there is going to be a delay in providing such service and the sooner you do that the better.

If they had emailed me Monday and told me it was going to be another week then fine I would accept that because stuff happens.

 

Wow, I have ordered from them at least a dozen times without issue. Had one small mishap when I ordered some snails along with my pods and the snails didn't come. No heads up or notification , but I emailed them and they responded almost immediately saying they were sorry they were out of the snails and they credited me back the 2 bucks. They give you far more pods than reefs2go. I've tried them twice and was not impressed. Sorry you had issues.

 

Well they have made offer to make amends so we will see how that goes.
I think they had some big issues because there were multiple people having issues and had ordered prior to me. Some got half shipment. Another ordered near end January and still had not heard or seen anything.

Someone from getyourpods ended up responding to most of the post yesterday.

Really I think it was my paypal claim I put in that got the ball rolling and a response.

 

Who else have you ordered pods from that you might recommend? Not that im unhappy with GYP, but always looking for other options. Reef2go is not one imo.

 

This is really first batch ever ordered. Actually asked in first post here what others use. Ya was going to go with reef2go but had some other than happy posts so decided to give GYP a shot.

Lets see how things go. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt as they have made attempts to make things right.

I will post back for everyone and hope I can give them a double thumbs up with a little hiccup in between.

 

I have ordered pods from reefcleaners and have never had a bad experience with them.

 

Well low and behold still no bleeping pods Order originally place Feb 4 and was supposed to ship the 9th, or 10th at latest. What day is it the 20th!! wow

Oh ya they shipped them. But they did not ship till tuesday 17th(which was a complete week and day from when they should have) because Monday the post office was not open. Ok whatever 1 more day right.

Well they shipped them 2 day express usps which is what they said I original payed for.. ok well guess I have no argument but really do not remember picking 2 day.

So figured I get them Thursday at latest seeing Tampa only hour an half from me. Ha Thursday I get slip in mail saying I owe 1.35 and I could get it next day at post office.

Hell no I am not letting them sit another night. I track down mail lady in neighborhood. Oh she actually does not have it, it would be at post office. So great I go to post office.. Nope not here has not arrived on truck yet.. huh so the slip they gave me that said I was not home for delivery is completely bogus(bleep bleep post office and bleep bleep getyourpods).

So hey I am an optimistic person and really have no other choice( but to XXXX over and take it like a man.. partial movie quote) so lets go back to post office today.. haha hahahahhaah is someone messing with me!! Did I do something to make the world made at me??

Well I be damned they can't find package at all. Told them if they ever find it to return to sender.. I have updated paypal dispute and requested refund.

So anyways this will be last update..

Vendor has made everything right. I should not blame them so much for package issue once in USPS hands but this only added to my frustration. Some have had good experiences and maybe they are just having a bad month.

Anyways I told them I wish them best of luck and I will leave it at that.

If you have already ordered and having issues getting response their is thread in reef2reef they respond to rather quickly. I do believe they care.
