Well we did it as a family last year and then even made it south more to belize. We had a great time so we are trying it again for our family vacation this year too. Has anyone ever been? We have been diving in many places around the world but this is in the top 5 out of about 25 for us. The rock towers and crevases and caves are just amazing. This year I bought a underwater camera in hopes to get some pictures for everyone. I actually had one last year but when I put the camera in the case I accidently got the string in it and the seal did not work and soaked the camera and I got nothing. Anyway just seeing who else may have some exp here if there is anywhere you reccomend and if anyone has pictures.

ive dove belieze in the south and the north. I reccomend Ambregas Kay in the north, its a 20 minute flight from Belieze City and alot of super sweet locations are a 6 minute boat ride from the hotels to the sites. I didnt get to Blue HOle due to migraines but its a 5-6 hours trip that is 'ok' from what alot of people tell me. If you like nurse sharks and eagle rays this is the place, they are real friendly and all over. I didnt take a single dive without seeing either. The groupers down there are the size of cars! Its pretty cool and I think the family will love it. There are some great shallow locations for snorkling with the kids as well! Any other questions just ask, been to the Kay twice!
