    If I can convince the wife to let me.. :) I'd like to build on in to my basement when I finish it. Just wanted to see if anyone has one and what they think of having a tank that large. I have a 120 not so I'm at the begining of the Big tanks but a 400+ takes it to a whole other level.

    I'm just wondering if it's to big.. From what I understand any tank that big is custom made so I guess I could just make it manageable to reach in to for cleaning. If I do it I think I will try to connect it to my 120 so the water circulates through both tanks. That would be some serious water volume.

    Bro that would be amazing if it was done right!! Im still a noobie ( 30 Gallon ) but i love looking at thouse big tanks. . . . . . One day!

    I started with a 34 Red Sea Max. Still have it up and running today. We'll see I haven't been racing so I am hoping that she will embrace this once we start in on the basement.

    I like Zach's thinking...if the girlfriend likes the giant aquarium in the house, she stays. :D

    And Packleader beat me to it because I was too busy at the movie theater seeing Transformers last night at midnight. ::)

    And then we have several extremely nice 200+ class tanks on this forum as well, just in case you decide against a 400+ but still want a big tank. ;)
