    Is it a pinkish-purplish color? If it is, I beleive its coraline. Luna

    if some of them are whole and others look like a white ring, they could be snail eggs from trocus snails.

    looks like closed up/bleached out polyps. hard to see in that pic.

    are you talking about the white dots on the rocks? I'm not seeing them being on the glass. Is there a film on the glass? On the rocks those are probably either sporbid(sp?)(from what I've heard) worms or nerite snail eggs, in either case they won't hurt a thing! do they move around?
