    Brody. you were luckier than me. even though we had a glass top, he was so little at the time he could fit his paw in the small holes next to the filters. We lost 3 or 4 fish before he literally outgrew it::)

    So now each day when I come home there are smudges on the tank. Asked my kids if it was them. Figured it out. It’s the tank. There is a small opening when filter intake goes. Just open enough to get a paw wet but not let paw into the tank. So with wet paws he sits down on tank and leans over the side. Swipes at fish going by with wet paws. That dries and becomes “smudges”.

    awes0me!!! i have yet to see one of the cats go in the tank. But he does run around it and stands up to watch the fish as well tried to chase them lol. !
