I'm just wondering if anyone has heard of Pura products? And if they have used them etc....

Im interested in Puracarbon and Pura Phoslock. These are so much more reasonably priced then companys like Seachem and Rowaphos. They even do their own version of Purigen.

I have been using the Pura filtration pad for about 2 years now. I like it and think it does a great job. It is actually the only "filter" I have.

Thanks for getting back to me. I think i'll give it all a go then. 12 quid for a litre of carbon - you can't complain really!

Rowa is good as well as it is made by D&D who also makes a lot of other fine aquatic products.

Hi, I use Pura Phoslock in a reactor and have nothing to compare it to but since running it, it cleared up a pretty good HA in my 55 gal. and it never has come back.
