anyone interested in making a ny or tri-state reef club?

i was thinking this website is one of the better reef forums out there in my opinion and i was wondering if people from the ny or tri-state area wanted to form some kind of free club instead of all these other clubs with membership fees that i keep finding, we could keep it free and online, theres not much of a reason to have to meet in person unless other arrangements are made but this would probably work out to a benefit where those who are from ny or the tri-state area could help one another out by offering frag swaps or helping one another with old or spare equipment for a good price etc. so is anyone else interested or have anything else to add?
