Anyone know a good LFS in North Chicago area or South WI?

Im PCS transferring with the Coast Guard to Great Lakes Naval Base in North Chicago, and I need a good LFS. Does anyone know a good one, with a good selection and reasonable prices around North Chicago, or Southern Wisconsin, like Racine?

 

i'm out in the NW suburbs (palatine/schaumburg) and these are the places i use

reefecosystems.com (he's out of Park Ridge and allows a great discount and local pickup if you're a CMAS member. he's private so his in stock selection isn't the best you'll find, but he can get anything for you.)

Sho Tank Aquariums in Mundelein (Tatted4ever found them. they have the cleanest tanks around)

Advanced Aquatics in Schaumburg (very good coral selection)

oops, after a second read, i think you mean north chicago the city, not NORTHERN chicago. my bad, sho tank and reef ecosystems might still be worth the drive...

you should get a hold of Horkn for any WI hook ups

Racine happens to have one of the only 2 good stores (IMHO) in SE Wisconsin. Coral Corner in Racine only has SW fish and corals.

They just moved to this new location, but have a 10 yr lease so they are staying put now.
