Anyone know how to kill some invasive ricordea?

    Take some tubing and make a siphon returning the water to your sump into a filter sock. Suck the bugger up and then slice the base with a razor blade.

    Don’t zap it, poison it or anything else – your just going to pollute your water.

    Agree, those are big to kill. If you have a very small, dull blade, file, etc.. you can gently pry it under their foot and they will pop off.

    Here's some better pics. I've actually seen them reach and touch corals resulting in that part of the coral dying or being damaged.

    Not majanos, definitely look ricordea-esq to me :) Why are the ugly ones always the menaces.. I'm surprised though, usually I put rics and zoas together, as they tend to get along LOL.

    I know. I have a really nice green one, after almost a year, it's still only one and hasn't grown much at all.
