I bought this T5 fixture on ebay and ya its a cheap knock off from China, but it works great. Anyways it came with no instructions and I was wondering if anyone had one or knew how to program the lights?

    Same light I got.

I am at work so bear with my if my instructions are a little spotty.

First you have to hold down the "set" or "program" button, I forget how it is labelled, light set 1 will start flashing.

Press the 'hour' and 'minute' buttons to get the desired start time for bulbs set 1.

Press the '1' button again to move to the off time and repeat 'hour' and 'minute'

Press the '2' button and the start time for it will start flashing, repeat hour, minute, press 2 again, repeat for off time.

Press '3' and do the same for the moonlights.

Press the 'program' or button again when done & it should be good to go.

Granted like my disclaimer in the beginning I am working at work & from emeory as I havent changed my settings in a couple months.

I too have this setup. I got it programmed no problem, but they weren't coming on. By looking at the aquaticlife website and using they're instructions(these are very similar to their timers) I figured out that if you look at the little triangles on the bottom of the display they have on automatic off. to put it in automode, start with the lights off, push the corresponding button(1,2,3) to turn them on. press it again and they should stay on but the arrow should move to automatic. Im not at home and not looking at the light, but im pretty sure this is the sequence. Sorry if you already knew all this, but i just saw this thread and thought i would put in my 2 cents :)

Yeah, that drove me crazy until I noticed those little indicators. I'd program it, and it wouldn't work, etc. One day I put on my reading glasses, and bam! There was my answer! Now they work great.
