Anyone know what this could be?

    There's this weird stringy mucousy stuff in my tank. I'm not sure what it's from. I have 2 hermits in it with 1 cleaner shrimp and 1 peppermint shrimp. I got the peppermint shrimp to clean up apstasia. I noticed one of my snail shells is empty as well.

    its a feather duster and a very nice one. it'll get bigger too

    oh yeah never mind...

    dont know but its in my tank especially when new rock is added.

    I found out that it's vermitid snail webs, kind of gross. Anyone know how to get rid of it? lol

    If its a vermitid snail, why not leave it, they are actually beneficial filter feeders.
