Anyone know what this is?

Over the last couple days I've noticed this white slime looking stuff. I can't tell if it's a sponge or its harmful to my system. Any help is great.

if it's the little whitish/grey masses on the bottom of the rock - def. sponges. If it's something else the pic is a bit too blurry for me to see anythings else.

If it's the sponges - they are good inhabitants in a tank as they act as filter feeders.

You should be able to upload directly of your computer. Save image to desktop. When you post a thread, look over the top in the tools. Click icon that says add image. Add image from desktop.
