    It doesn't look like a pavona. They guy at the LFS said it was a brain coral? But I don't think he was right. Especially after he tole me that if I put LPS and SPS in the same tank the LPS would release toxins to kill the SPS. That was his best answer on why they don't sell acropora.

    LPS usually sting corals so you would be right in not trusting the LFS. Doesn't look like a brain to me. Might be an echinopora.
