Thanks, Ill check into that. I see its up to 120g, I have a higher bioload considering I have 5 tangs, Hence wanting a higher rated then my tank.

Good way to think of it. I always like to get one rated for more than my tank. I'm running one rated for 250 on my 30 gallon right now.

As I've heard it though, the Coralife 220 will run about as well as the Aqua C 120. I can't personally say I've seen that, but I hear this a lot.

    Check these out too:

    or

    Xtreme HOT

I just switched mine out for a SWC and I'm amazed at the quality. The housing is made of thicker plastic than my tank, and the bubble plates they put on them make a huge difference.

Don't get me wrong, Remora's are excellent skimmers. But I don't think I would put one on a 120 with a higher bioload, but that's just me. I'm not really a huge fan of Coralife's products either..... Are you looking for a HOB or in sump?

I meant their skimmers more so than anything :) I was going to recommend the Tunze, they are very good quality skimmers, but I don't think they make a HOB...

They're not. The easiest way to tell from a picture is, if the pump sits at the bottom and is connected to the bottom of the cylinder via tubing, like the hydor, than it's a in sump. To be a HOB the pump has to connect to the cylinder up above, so the pump can hang down into the water.
