anything against current ballast?

    Does anyone have anything bad to say about Current USA 250 MH ballasts? There is a guy selling two of them for $25 near me and i need a ballast for my 250 watt hamilton fixture. I am only a beginner and not looking to spend a fortune and have had my eyes open for a decent price on icecaps etc. Just wanted to know if these are any good. I'm only running soft corals and LPS and am new to MH's, just looking for some opinions

    For $25 I'd do it. I've never used them but you won't be out much if they don't meet your requirements/expectations.

    Don't buy anything IceCap. They went under a year or so back and there is no warranty on any stuff dealers have left.
