I currently have a 3x250W HQI fixture. I bought it brand new about 8 months ago and haven't had the time to set it up. I was thinking of selling the tank and fixture for a smaller tank and then getting an LED fixture. My question is are their any type of corals/clams u can't keep under LED?

Thanks! Yea I've turned it on twice... Lol. It lights up my whole LR. I was putting it on my 135 RR Oceanic. I bought all the plumbing and everything, but don't have the time. I'm looking to move all of it and prob do a 55 gallon.

You can keep just about everything with LED's, depending on the unit or what DIY kit you would use ;)

I have to keep my fixture down between 60-70% or I'll bleach SPS. That leads me to believe there is nothing they can't handle.

Depends on the type of fixture, and type of LEDs used but as someone said before: if done right you should be able to keep everything.
