Apex Controller Energy Bar 8's Help????

I can not seem to get power from my outlets on either of my EB8'S while hooked up to my controller.

I only get one socket of power hooked up directly to the wall outlet without the controller being hooked up,

Suppose to be plug and play but it is not working.

Anyone have any suggestions while I wait on the manufacture to call me back.


Brand new and both not working (very disappointed)

 

Stupid question but are the outlets on? I thought they were off by default. Or maybe just like one or two were on. When you plug the EB8's in are they recognized by the main unit? IE when looking through outlets?

 

BTW, not sure if you've seen the Unofficial New User Guide but it is MUCH more helpful than any of the documentation that comes with the unit.

cool. if you need anythign else just give me a shout. Just getting ready to add my third EB8. These outlets are too damn useful. I wish I could run them all over the house to control everything.

 

spoke to Apex help desk and they got me up in running in like 2 seconds.....lol.......
