I have been contemplating between these two combination. Which would be better do you think?

Vortech; but you also need a WXM module in this case.

Why would you say Vortech? I did research that APEX is very compatible with Tunze which can actually create all type of mode as Vortech.

Because Vortechs can do things Tunzes can't. Well, at least without a lot of programming/experimentation.

Neither is a bad choice however; both are fantastic pumps.

Yeah, I saw some of the programming of the Tunzes, I really wonder in it takes too long to program. Doesn't Vortech get pretty loud though?

I am on a different boat. I have the whole wxm and vortech mp40s. Even though the control function works great. The noise lvl had increased to very loud on the pumps. Thinking about getting tunze to get rid of noise. 2Xmp40+wxm cost more than tunze.

That's what I have heard. I have seen some videos on youtube, they do get pretty loud.

Actually I just did some research on APEX programming for Tunze. It actually can do A LOT more what Vortech can. The detail with APEX is amazing. ;D

If you don't mind, could you please share the articles you read about Tunze being better then EcoTech?
