    I wasn't accusing you of this....it's more of a "what if someone does a search" thing. They need to understand that you can't mix lids. I used to get so mad at my part-timers....."OK, which lid goes with each bottle?". This customer might have just bought a 300 gallon custom from us. Don't they deserve to know our testing is accurate?

    No I did not think you were accusing me, in fact you make a very good point. I was just saying that I did not think that is what happened. Most of the time it IS user error.
