    You should probably take it out with lemon juice in a med. syringe. Then cut it as close to the rock as you can. Try to remove the rock if it's small/nothing else on it.

    Aiptasia or majano, get rid of it with aiptasia-x, joe's juice, inject boiling water or lemon juice or kalkwasser solution into it.
