    I know what your saying WM, but if your not able to cover its whole "body", they will "spit" out they're babies before they die. Its they're defense mechanism. Luna

    I have a bunch of it in my fuge as like Jason said it's a great filter for the water.

    thanks for all the input. i guess i'll keep an eye on it in the fuge for now, and if it starts to multiply rapidly i'll throw a peppermint shrimp into the fuge.

    Peppermint shrimp only eat the smaller ones though. They don't like the large ones!
