aptasia in the tank

    I have searched past threads to find the answer but don't seem to. I have had a couple of small aptasia in tank since it was 3months old. I have been watching them. they seem to get no bigger. They are real small. Maybe 1/4 inch across.I have seen no pictures of these. I don't think I could get a picture to post as they are so little. They are like little white snow flakes. They are starting to spread. Maybe 20 or so now. any thoughts.

    I heard you can kill them by injecting with either lemon or lime juice--not sure which

    to small to inject. They are like giant snowflakes.

    Are you sure what they are..??
    I have things pop up, spread.. go away.. Other things pop up, spread.. go away, etc..
    If they get bigger I hear Joes Juice is very good..

    Yep we had little feather dusters everywhere for the first couple of weeks. Then they just vanished. They're harmless filter feeders, and they won't get any bigger than what they are now.

    Cool! I have some of those in both of my tanks. They are pretty cool to watch.

    I must have a hundred feather dusters in my tank. They're all over the place.
