I have used joes juice before and nothing else in my tank has been harmed. They give you a suringe that is pretty good at getting what you aim at, but once I did get waaaay too much on one and it flowed off the rock and onto some of my yellow pollyps. They were fine, mad for a day or two, but fine.

joe's juice is the one that really works. you inject the aptasia with it but at times some floats off. only thing i ever had a problem with it was with my mini carpet anemone when i over shot a aptasia and got the JJ all over the side of the mini carpet. it didnt much care for the joes juice. but it bounced back in time, and hey its an anemones so its to be expected that the joes juice would effect it.
i have injected joes juice right into a aptasia that was surrounded by xenia. the xenia never showed any effects from it. it closed as it always does when touched but opened right back up as always

Shouldn't. Mine never touched any of my corals. They were food stealers though and would crawl all over my corals, including an anemone to get food (led to their demise).

You could also inject boiling water into the aiptasia using a syringe and needle. I have heard that works well too.
