I bought 2 remoras for 2 of my tanks at the beginning of the year and am very happy with them. My problem is that in the past few weeks one of them has been getting weaker and weaker and now its not making bubbles at all. I took it off the tank to try to figure out how to clean the air injector but then decided to get some input first so i dont damage it. In some detail could someone explain to me how to clean the injector?
    Thanks,
    C

I think if you run a vinegar and water solution through it that will clean it out. Of coarse it shouldn't be connected when you do this and you need to wash it out well afterward.

I would do what reefman said, I also have one and you can't disconnet the nozzle because it is glued onto the acrylic. The one negative is that they are hard to clean because it's very difficult to get something long enough and movable enough to clean it. If the vinegar doesn't work, you could try a CRL type product, that would definitely remove the buildup of hard water deposits, but again, make sure to wash it out really well.

Like the others said, clean it with vinegar/water if there is calcuim deposits in the unit or the pipings. That will affect the water flow more than the air if I'm not mistaken. Also check your pump, you may need to replace the impeller if it's not spinning uniformly. Make sure nothing is clogging the air intake as well. I haven't used the Remora, but I own the EV-180; when it stops producing bubbles, it's because the air valve has too much salt buildup. Running it through water cleaned it up and everything went back to normal.
