aqua c remora customer service

hello all, just wanted to share an experience i have been having recently with the remora company. i have an aqua c remora running on my 20 reef. whatever i do...i cannot get the thing to stop spitting bubbles into my tank. the skimmer has been running for roughly 3 months, so it is definitely broken in. no additives or such in the water to cause the issue, and i even use the preskimmer box/bubble trap...but nothing helps. I emailed customer support and they said maybe my maxi jet 1200 is running a little strong, hence forcing the bubbles through. they sent me a free ball valve to throttle back the pump, but it wont fit into the preskimmer box so i cant use it. i tried hooking up a mj900 to the skimmer...and still it spews countless microbubbles into the tank. The company is now going to send me a brand new skimmer, as they think mine might be defective in some way. Im just glad there is still SOME companies out there that stll care for their customers.
