Aqua C Remora Skimmer not skimming

Does anybody have any experience with the Aqua C Remora...it has stopped skimming now for three days. I did a water change on Saturday (3 days ago) and ever since then my skimmer has not produced anything?? I have not added any additives. The pump is still working and the skimmer still has water coming out. The skimmer is about 1 month old now..previous to the water change it was working great. I'm kinda dumbfounded what is going on with it...

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Mine's did the same thing for no apparent reason and resumed skimming after about a week.

 

Tronb24, thanks, today it started skimming again...so much that it overfilled the collection cup!! From nothing to everything..weird. Thanks for the reassurance!!

 

Skimmers do that. They will shut down for awhile when the environment is clean. Then when the fish make poopy (or food rots), it will remove it. Completely normal. Skimmers are not actively operational 100% of the time.
