    How much your skimmer pulls out daily is also a function of the bio load in the tank as much as its efficiency!

    Since Fishflyer brought up MRC I thought I would chip in. I would take it over the other two skimmer brought up. All three are good skimmers but the MRC will out pace them. Here's 12 hours of wet skimming, since I was in the middle of a water change by skimmer I thought I would post. 90g total light load and I got this in 12 hours.

    2g in 12 hours ain't bad.
    The MRC is built like a tank, easy to clean, easy to adjust, upgradable(I'm set for anything this side of 250G), and they have great customer service.
