The Aqua-Glo Fluorescent Aquarium Light Bulb is a linear fluorescent bulb with a color temperature of 18000 Kelvin and it fits all suitable standard and electronic ballasts. Color temperature for fluorescent lights is assigned a value based on human color perception that matches the color of the particular lamp. This Aqua-Glo Fluorescent Aquarium Light Bulb generates an ideal fish color-enhancing spectrum while also delivering a strong photosynthetic range to stimulate vigorous plant growth. Glo T8 bulbs feature quality components and raw materials that contribute to a long-lasting performance. Linear fluorescent T8 lighting technology offers excellent energy efficiency, and works well in combination with Power-Glo or Life-Glo aquariums.

will this bulb and a 10000k t8 a 50/50 pc and 10000k pc work on a 40 breeder for soft corals?

That should be fine. Although I would be tempted to go with a pure actinic bulb to get more actinic spectrum. Try the Marine Glo if you go this way.
