    Greetings Fellow Reefers,

    Has anyone had issues with the power supply of their AI units? I had one die on my today. The new models have a green LED on the power supply unit and they should glow a steady green. However the one that I had go bad flashed off and on in a dim manner. Lost the use of one of my units until I get a replacement.

    AI has been contacted via the support page on the web site and I'll keep 3reef posted on how fast they get a new power supply to me. Mine are only about 1.5 months old. I do hope they are aggressive in the customer service area.

    Status update:

    When I got up this morning on the West Coast AI had already responded to my trouble ticket and notified me that a new power supply was in the mail. Less than 24 hours to do so!

    Kudos to Aqua Illumination for the solid customer service in getting this process started to fix my one group of lights.

    I have searched and searched and you are the first I have ever found to have an issue. Glad to hear it was taken care of.
