    It's my humble opinion that customer service is as important as the product itself, if not more so. Aqua UV may make a good product, however their customer support is pathetic. So far I've filled out an on line form requesting assistance, that indicated I would receive in answer within 48 hours, TWICE over a one week period. I've yet to receive an answer to either request.

    It's one thing to claim good service and support, and to stand behind your products. Sometimes reality can tell a much different story.
