Aqua Vitro Balance

    Anyone use Balance from Seachem's new Aqua Vitro line? It lowered my alk from 9 to 7 in a few days. I was using 1/4 teaspoon kalk to 1/4 gallon water morning and night to bring up the ph. In the morning my ph is always 7.8. Maybe there is no product that can raise the ph. My tank is in my living room and probably there is a lot of CO2 in the air. I would like to drip kalk. I just dont have a sump and having a bucket on top of my tank is quite ugly. Any ideas please? Also

    What are you trying to do raise the DKH Or lower the Ph ? or lower the DKH and raise the Ph ? how do you test the Ph and what time of day are you testing this ?

    I am trying to raise the ph a little. I get a 7.8 ph before my lights go on and 8 ph at the end of the lighting cycle. I use Liquid API and it is not outdated.DKH is 9 and calcium is 430
