AquaC Remora not working for me

My tank is over a year old i had the seaclone before and i have over 45lbs of liverock with 2 yellow tangs, 2 clownfish and 3 damsels. I think im going to have to contact them and see if i dont get no results in likes 3 more day

 

I have used the remora for over a year with no problem at all.
the white screw is not for controlling anything, it can be removed to brush clean the nozzle. it should be screwed in completely. you should call up aquac.

I looked at your pics, I think your cup is set to highest position instead of lowest position. the rubber band must be almost at the top so the cup sits all the way down. The other thing is if you are dosing something, it can affect the skimmer.
