    i was just curious if anyone knows if these guys are having internet problems ATM, i purchased something from them on monday and they havent said anything to me other than that they will be processing it immediately witch was the last ive heard from them. So i tried to email them and havent gotten a reply yet, so i was wondering if im over reacting alittle and this isnt a big deal or does this happen often? i figured since i am basically 7 hours away i would be getting it by the end of the week at the latest. Im not saying there bad at business or anything ive ordered from them plenty of times and it was always on time, but this is the first time that they havent done anything since i purchased the item.

    I know for a fact Aquacave is having problems with PayPal. Call 847.775.0640. This happened to me today, so I called after getting a weird email where my shipping info wasn't confirmed. They're refunded my $$. Gonna try a debit card.

    i bought some new lights for their about 3 weeks ago and everything went ok

    I bought a vertex skimmer from them about 3 weeks ago, it took 2 days to get and they sent all kinds of confirmations with tracking numbers and a thank you. I went back on there week ago to order my reefkeeper and it was a mess. Waiting patiently for a week or so with no tracking number or confirmations I decided to email them to ask where is it with no response? I decided to check my paypal account and there was a refund? In the comments they said they had none in stock :cry:. Man it would have been nice to get a email telling me that earlier.
    I will give them another chance on a future order in hopes they are having problems but its still strike one for me....Jeff
