    Oh yeah. They also called me a day before shipping and told me the starfish I got is not available. Never got the refund for it.

    It's a shame. Back in 02 or 03 I got great live rock and several fish & crabs from aquacon with never a problem. I found out earlier this year that they've been using a picture of mine taken from an on-line article to sell an angelfish since '03 without asking & they don't answer emails to take it down or pay me for copyright. I guess they just got greedy or something. Their customer service sure does suck now.

    Really, what do you expect from a company called Aqua-CON. Used them once years ago - Meh. I used to do business with Liveaquaria back when it was called flying fish express (b4 D&F bought them out), and never had any troubles with their livestock.

    I also made a mistake ordering fish and maco algae from aquacon. It is horrible experience. Missiing items in the order, poor quality and found a hard time for refund. The quality of fishes and plants are substandard. They are kind of cheater. I found live aquaria or reefs2 go or LA reef way better both in terms of quality and price. The customer service of aquacon is worst. The shipping charge is also high for aquacon. They charged me $50 but other charge $34 or even $20 for overnight. I will never buy from aquacon.

    No way. LA is legit. Suggesting a higher minimum tank size is in no way a bad thing. LA is easily the best quick reference to read when im at the lfs looking to buy new fish.
