    I have recently purchased this fuge and was wondering if I could increase water movement in there with a korilia nano pump without detrimental effects?

    IMO
    you do not want to much water movement in the fuge
    as the fuge is an area that you allow algaes and even cyno to develop so that nutrients are processed there
    keeping the water movement gentle in that area, can help prevent any of these things finding their way into the DT
