Im either going to drill a hole in the side of my collection cup but at the very bottom or just at the bottom of the cup and run an aqualifter on a timer to go on for 1 minute or so every day. Hopefully that will take the hassle out of emptying it every day. Obviously if you empty it less frequently or get less skimmate then you are going to put the aqualifter on for less time but I think its a good idea. Tell me what you think. Theres going to need to be a lid on the reservior with all the skimmate ;D

why not just drill a hole and put in a tube that drains to a empty milk jug or bottle?

+1. No need for a pump. Just glue a fitting into it and run a 1/2" line into an empty pop or milk jug. Gravity itself is plenty enough to feed it.
