What is the BTA color called? I've only seen the rose colored and I like this color better!

It's semi bleached Bta (some ppl vehemently against it) but research has shown bleach Bta is as healthy as non bleached Bta as long as there is enough feeding. I bought it bleach because I love the look of it. Growing bigger and looks perfect still after 6 months.

Interesting, I have never heard of that. But, I'm still a newb.

How does the bleaching occur? Too much light? I'll be honest, it's the first thing I noticed in your gorgeous tank there.

    It's Blenny alright :)

Below are the most common response for a anemone to become bleached.
    A) Too much light
    B) Not enough light
    C) Nutrient level in the water is too high
    D) Nutrient level in the tank is too low.

Remember that anemones do not require zooxanthellae to survive as long as supplemental feeding is available. Clown fishes who host it will bring some food during feeding and they will also remove dead cells (very interesting to watch). If you acquire one from LFS, be sure to keep your eyes on it daily to ensure its healthiness.
