Aquarium lighting problem?

setting up a refugium on my 75 gallon tank need to have lighting reversed between tank and refugium
have both blue and white lights for both
i want 8 hrs of light in tank (including room light)with 24 hrs of light in refugium
now only white lights can be on in tank while blue lights are on in refugium and only blue lights are on in tank while blue lights are on in refugium and white lights are on in refugium when tank lights are off
my question is how can i accomplish this using timers,single standard household outlet and power strips
normal power strips will only hold 2 timers and normal household outlets will hold only 2 power strips (power strips have 6 outlets) and still need to add all normal aquarium equipment ( ie: heater, filter, power heads and air pump)

You can get larger powerstrips. If they are not available to you plug two 6 outlet strips into the wall then plug one or more powerstrips to the plugged in powerstrips.Not ideal but will give you more outlets.
