Does anyone know where I could order a tank that I could use as a room divider ? Remember, I am in Canada.

Actually I don't know how it could be done. It could be seen in both rooms & I'd like not to see all the tubes, wires, etc.

    Open to suggestions.

If you have the cash for it - the best way to go IMO is to get it custom built on site. I priced out a 430 gallon room divider and it was roughly $10,000. That was for them to come and remove the old tank as well (which was also 430 gallons - we ended up fixing it http://www.3reef.com/forums/show-off-your-fish-tanks/430-gallon-reef-100535.html).

When it's custom built - you can get EXACTLY what you want.

Either way - I'd say you are looking at a $10K job no matter how you put it. IMO a tank would have to be over 200 gallons and and at least 6' to effect a divided room. I guess that also depends on your room size as well.

Glasscages.com - Home will ship to Canada. If you want a room divider then the tank gets drilled on the end instead of the back of the tank. I had a 120 that was designed to be a peninsula tank and viewed from 3 sides. The end was 24" and the overflow box was in the center of that end so that you couldn't see in it. The drains, returns, lighting wires, everything was done through the overflow box so that you didn't see any wires, plumbing, nothing but the tank. The tank was drilled for 3 bulkheads. 1 drain and 2 returns. One of the return holes was used to run the wiring for the lights through it. Cut the plugs off the lights, reconnected after running through the pipes. If you call them before ordering a tank and explain what you are wanting, they will drill it anywhere you want it drilled to do what you want. I am wanting a room divider for my next tank but it will be a 6/7/8 footer instead of the 4' that the 120 was.

I've read great things about Miracles. They're based in Ontario and will build to order.

I'm not sure where the thread is or where in the thread but it was full of shallow tanks and there was I think an 8 foot shallow used as a divider and was all acrylic.
