    Dead Tomini

Hey all this morning I went to feed my fish and I noticed that my Tomini was not around which I found unusual as he is one of the first ones to go to the top of the tank where I feed them from, so I started to look for him and found him dead. He was in a corner of the tank behind rocks of course which made it harder to get out. My shrimp and crabs were going at him already. I don't know what happened and can't really figure it out. He was doing well in the tank. Ate last night with no problems, has been swimming with no issues. He didn't have ick. So I really puzzled.

Anyway it seems like he hadn't died to long ago because when I pulled him out the shrimp and crabs had barely touched compared to if it would have been early last night.

Don't understand, all the other fish are fine, corals look healthy and check my levels are good. Temp 78, salinity 1.024, 0 amo, 0 nitrite, 0 nitrate, cal 450, kh 10, mg 1300, so I'm really confused. :(

Unfortunately this happens from time to time.Without a Necropsy it would be very hard to determine a cause of death if there are no visible signs of infection/disease.Sorry for your loss.:(

Thanks Vinny. I realize I will never figure out what happened? It really bites losing a fish. Now I'm a little weary on getting another one.:(
