Alright, so i was watching my light turn on this morning, 8am, and the back 2 bulbs which are, 10k's, and a blue plus bulb, they kicked on, and then shut off right away, my LFS doesnt open until 1pm, so i need some help!! im not sure where to start, the fixture is less then 6 months old, as are the bulbs, except the blue plus bulb which is just a week old. Im hoping someone has some experience with these fixtures to help me out!!!

Well I meant the fuse to your house or apartment, my wavepoint fixture has the fuse on the plug.

oh no its not a fuse, it has 6 bulbs and 4 are on still, and there is no fuse in the cord or anything, there is 3 ballasts on the top of the light fixture, so im assuming each one controls 2 lights? but im not sure how i would test the ballasts?

Did you turn those bulbs off and then turn them back on? (I.e. manually, not using the timer). With the way that T5 and other flourescents light, this is sometimes all you need to do.

I assume one of your ballasts went out. Make sure that the 4 bulbs you have on, have at least 2 daylights...that will give you time to get a replacement ballast.
