alright so i ruled out the ballasts, it was actually the blue plus bulb, im not sure why or what happened but i moved it around trying that after the ballasts didnt do anything, and i found the blue plus bulb was making the other bulb go out, BUT once i took that out, there all working again?? any idea's on this? my fixture is now back to working properly but i cant use my expensive bulbs...

I just figured that out!! lol my ballast is fine, but a weird thing was when i changed up the ballast's the only bulb that didnt light was the blue plus bulb, so i put the ballasts back and the same thing happened the 2 bulbs went out.

well im taking it back to the LFS b/c i just had bought this bulb from them and theres 2 things wrong with it, 1 the bulb is a 21w bulb, when im supposed to have a 39w which states on the box so note to self always check the bulb done trust the box, and thats probably why its burnt out already, was pushing 18w more power through the bulb

    +1
I also run the aquaticlife fixture. Just had some of my LEDs go out.
I sent an email to aquaticlife, and they are sending new parts.
I am happy with the fixture and the service they provide.

The bulb said it was HO lol but the LFS's here are a little fishy with things like this. everytime i go in to this place, theres dead fish, dead coral, and they have all acrylic tanks, with everything in them and they are all tipped over and fighting each other till death b/c they dont move them around.. makes me mad but its not my place.

The aquaticlife fixture is great, however, the bulbs are not the best. Change the bulbs as soon as you can and go with high quality bulbs. I understand ATI, and Gussman? (spelling) are the best.
