Aquaticlife 115 skins too wet

Hello,

I've had an aquaticlife 115 in my biocube for about two weeks now. Im really tired of having to empty the collection cup every 12 hours and my salinity constantly dropping. How can I get this skimmer to skim dryer? There's no way I can increase air intake, I've already run an airline tube to the outside of the tank. Do I need to lift it father out of the water? I dot know of this is possible because of the way the bracket sits.

Use the suction cups it came with and raise it higher out of the water.

I think by decreasing the air you get a heavier foam that stays in the water column longer. Therefore creating thicker nog, picking up more protein and gunky stuff.

Alright, I decreased the air and this is after 15 or so hours....

This will last me days

you should see the sludge that comes out of my swc 160. i almost vomit from the smell every time i empty it. hahaha
