    I finally installed my Aquaticlife Protein Skimmer 115 and it seems that the collection cup is quickly being filled up foam -> water. Is this normally part of the break in cycle? I thought the collection cup usually filled up in 3 days or so? What is the idea position to adjust the water flow knob? If someone that have the skimmer can give in some insights, i would be appreciated it so much!

    What you are experiencing is normal and can take a couple of weeks to go away.

    You will need to experiment with the the position since each system is different. You will also need to adjust periodically as your system changes. What you will want to do right now is make sure your water level is lower in the skimmer to keep it from overflowing.
